Foreigners in Spain in order to be able to set up their businesses they have to:
- Reside in Spain legally.
- Prove that the idea of the company has the capacity to create jobs and has economic interest for Spain.
- Be of age.
- Have no criminal record in the last five years.
- Do not appear as "rejectable" in Spain or in any country with which Spain has agreements.
- Have health insurance in our country.
- Prove that they have sufficient resources for their maintenance and accommodation, as well as having the necessary investment to start operating.
- Have the required training and experience necessary for the project.
- Comply with current regulations regarding the necessary opening requirements, depending on the type of business.
