If a Spanish authority is asking for a "Traducción Jurada", they mean a Sworn Translation: an official, certified translation that carries legal value.
For a translation to have this legal value, it must be delivered signed and stamped by a Sworn Translator or interpreter accredited by Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A regular translation, even a very good one, will not be accepted in its place.
Which languages are covered
In Spain, only sworn translators are authorized to give legal validity to translations between Spanish and any of the 39 languages that have accredited sworn translators. These include English, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Catalan, Romanian, Russian, Chinese, and Ukrainian, among others.
If you need a document translated for an official process in Spain, check that your language is covered and that the translator you use is properly accredited, otherwise the translation may not be accepted.
